Heard Shri R.E.Moharir, the learned advocate for the applicants/petitioners.

This is an application filed by the petitioners seeking review of the interim order passed on 28th October, 2014. The learned advocate for the applicants / petitioners submits that the respondent No.1 has been reinstated as per the impugned order passed by the Industrial Court, after this Court refused to grant interim stay to the directions of reinstatement.

In view of this, in my view, the contentions of the applicants/ petitioners raised in the application cannot be considered at this stage. The Miscellaneous Civil Application is dismissed.

The points raised by the applicants/ petitioners in this review application are kept open for consideration at the time of final hearing of the writ petition.
