This is an application moved by the original claimants for withdrawal of amount deposited by the appellant/Insurance Company, in this Court.

The appellant/Insurance Company has deposited Rs.16,09,630/- and Rs.1,06,938/- along with Rs.25,000/- towards statutory amount.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, more particularly, in paragraph 4 to 6, I am of the opinion that no prejudice would be caused to the appellant if 50 % of amount is permitted to be withdraw by the respondent Nos.1 to 4. Accordingly, the application is allowed and disposed of. 5.
The respondent Nos.1 to 4 are permitted to withdraw 50 % of amount, in proportion of their respective shares decided by the nd.thawre
