The present application is filed by the respondent no. 2 for issuance of appropriate direction to the appellant to delete the name of Tulsabai Malang Badukle, respondent no. 1 from the array of the respondents.

It appears that the applicant/respondent no.

2 was to carry out the amendment i.e. to delete the name of Tulsabai Malang Badukle, respondent no. 1, who is reported to be dead pending the proceedings before the Presiding Officer in Land Acquisition Case No. 721/AMT/YTL/2018. As such, the applicant to first with permission of the authority to carry out the amendment in the proceedings in LAC No. 721/AMT/YTL/2018.

After amendment is carried out in LAC No.

721/AMT/YTL/2018, the appellant in the present appeal shall delete the name of Tulsabai Malang Badukle, respondent no. 1 from the array of the respondents.
