The grievance in the petition is that the appeal filed by respondent no.5 was allowed and right in favour of the petitioner to undertake fishing operations was revoked. The petitioner filed a revision before the first respondent and the revision is not being decided. Instant petition was filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to decide the revision petition.

2) A compromise is stated to have taken place between the petitioner and respondent no.5 and both have been granted right to harvest fish. The learned Counsel for petitioner is, therefore, permitted to withdraw the petition which has been rendered infructuous.
