By the present application, the applicants/appellants seek modification of the order dated 07.05.2015. 3.

The contention is that by order dated 07.05.2015, this Court has appointed the following persons as Ad-hoc Trustees :

(1) Smt Chandraprabha Narendra Boke (2) Vikram Narendra Boke (3) Dr Pundlik Belurkar (4) Rajendra Ramji Meshram (5) Avinash Ramdasji Boke, and (6) Manikrao Punaji Mangate 4.

By filing this application, it has been informed to the Court that out of the above said Trustees, TAMBE

1 CAS-921-2024 Smt Chandraprabha Narendra Boke, Dr Pundlik Belurkar and Avinash Ramdasji Boke have died, and therefore, the applicants seek to appoint the persons mentioned in para 3 of the application as Ad-hoc Trustees in place of the three Trustees who are died.

Nobody appeared on behalf of the non-applicants, even after giving due opportunities.

Since the three Trustees named above have died, therefore, to run the Trust smoothly, the following persons are appointed as Ad-hoc Trustees alongwith remaining Trustees, till final disposal of the appeal.

(I) Smt Sindhutai Nagorao Hande, R/o. Abhishek, Dhotiwala Layout, Camp, Amravati.

(II) Anil Madhukarrao Deshmukh, Rtd. Asstt. Commissioner of Police, R/o. ITI Colony, Camp, Amravati.

(III) Nilesh Avinash Boke, Agriculturist, R/o. Warkhed, Distt. Amravati. 7.
