DATE : 11.11.2025 By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of 309 days delay in filing the First Appeal. According to the applicant, the judgment and order passed by the learned Tribunal was not communicated to him through the Advocate who was appointed by him in the matter. As such, when he got knowledge about the same, he has obtained the certified copy and accordingly, filed the appeal. Hence, in this process certain time was consumed. 2.

The averments made in the application are not controverted by the respondents. Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. 3.

The delay of 309 days in filing the First Appeal is hereby condoned.

The Office is directed to register the First Appeal. 5.
