The respondent No.2 has filed this application for grant of permission to deposit the decreetal amount as the appeal is disposed of.

The learned Counsel for the claimant has stated that the amount which the respondent No.2 is going to deposit is the decreetal amount from the date of judgment of the First Appeal and not from the date of filing of Claim Petition.

The learned Counsel for the respondent No.2 is permitted to deposit amount of Rs.15,94,069/- along with Corrected as per order dated 12/03/2024.

accrued interest and respondent No.2 is directed to deposit the remaining amount within a period of six weeks. 4.

Liberty is granted to the claimant to withdraw the amount.
