The Petitioner, in this Petition, seeking direction to the Respondent No.3 - Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Nagpur to decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner as 'Mana' Scheduled Tribe. So far as second prayer is concerned, that can be decided after the claim of the Petitioner is decided by the Respondent Scrutiny Committee.

As such, the Respondent No.3 - Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Nagpur is hereby directed to decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner within a period of four weeks.
