ATE : OCTOBER 07 , 2024 By order dated 06/09/2024, this Court had stayed the effect and operation of the impugned order dated 03/10/2022 passed by the Scrutiny Committee.

2) Today, Mr.Ghodeswar, learned Assistant Government Pleader has placed before us a copy of the order dated 18/09/2024 passed by the respondent Committee, when the Committee is decided to validate the claim of Ku.Suhani Prabhudas Pawar, as belonging to 'Thakur', (Scheduled Tribe) in the wake of the oldest 'Thakur' caste entries in her favour. The photo copy of the order dated 18/09/2024 is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

3) Pursuant to the said order, we expect the respondent Committee shall issue validity certificate in favour of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. 4) In the wake of aforesaid, the learned Counsel for the petitioner do not press this petition. As such, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
