The learned counsel for the applicants states that he will circulate the second appeal in the next week and prays that the application for withdrawal may not be taken up for hearing today in view of filing of the second appeal. Vide order dated 07.02.2025, this Court has expressed that opportunity by way of last chance was granted upto 21.02.2025, for obtaining appropriate orders in the second appeal proposed to be filed by the appellant. However, till date appropriate orders have not been obtained in the second appeal. However, since the second appeal is now filed strictly by way of last Prity

In the event, the appellant fails to obtain any order of stay, the application for disbursement of the amount will be taken up for consideration on 07.03.2025.
