WRIT PETITION NO. 6261/2022 .

The petitioner seeks compensation in respect of the land acquired by the National Highway Authority. 2.

It is stated that the compensation has been paid to the intervenor. There appears to be dispute over apportionment of compensation in view of rival ownership claims by the petitioner and the intervenor. We are of prima facie view that the writ may not be maintainable in view of disputed facts.
