By letter dated 23.04.2025 the 14th Joint Civil Judge Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate First Class Court No.6, Nagpur, seeking extension to dispose of SCC No.329167/2013. Subsequent to the Year 2013 is corrected as per Court's Order dated 30.06.2025 said letter, Criminal Writ Petition No.436/2025 was filed wherein the proceeding is stayed. The order of the Single Bench shows that the parties informed that the Hon'ble Supreme Court considering the controversy in Special Leave to Appeal (Cri) No.2766/2025 Kushal Kumar Agarwal Vs.

Directorate of Enforcement and at the joint request of the parties, matter to be placed after the issue resolved by the Supreme Court.

In view of that, the present letter be placed before this Court for extension of time after
