Heard the learned counsel and perused the Government Resolution dated 24.03.2023 by which permission has been granted to the applicant/petitioner to conduct College of Nursing with admission capacity of 60 students for the Academic Year 2023-24. We have also seen the communication dated 25.04.2023 issued on behalf of the Maharashtra State Board of Nursing and Paramedical Education granting provisional afÏliation to the new GNM Programme for Academic Year 2023-24.

In view of the orders dated 16.06.2023 and 02.08.2023 passed in the present proceedings, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (a) to (c).

The civil application stands disposed of.

In the light of the interim orders dated 29.12.2021 and 14.10.2022 passed in the present proceedings including the fact that from the Academic Year 2023-24, the State Government has granted necessary permission to the applicant/petitioner vide GR dated 24.03.2023, it is directed that the afÏliation to the applicant College for the Sessions 2021-22 and 2022-23 shall be treated to be granted provisionally pursuant to the aforesaid orders.

Consequential steps be taken by the Board in that regard. 6.
