In the present Civil Application it is stated that respondent no.9 - Kalawati has expired, however, prior to her demise, the deceased respondent no.9 has transferred the suit property vide sale deed dated 09.06.2008. Copy of Index-II of the sale deed is filed on record. In view of above, Civil Application is allowed. Name of Pramod Gulabrao Ingale is allowed to be substituted in place of deceased respondent no.9 Rgd.

Order 0205cas979.24 Kalawati. Necessary amendment be carried out on or before 09.05.2025.

Issue notice of Second Appeal to respondent no.9, returnable on 11.06.2025. In addition to regular mode of service, appellants are permitted to serve respondent no.9 by private mode as permissible in law.
