Civil Application (CAW) No.2364/2018:

The respondent 1 is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the petitioners subject to the condition that if due to the final decision of the petition the said amount is required to be refunded, the same shall be done with interest at the rate of 7% per annum within six months from the date of the decision.
