DATE : FEBRUARY 20, 2015 Pursuant to the liberty granted by the Apex Court, this review application came to be filed by the present applicant.

The present application is pending since 2011. By this time, the State of Maharashtra has taken a policy decision as stated by Mrs. Deshmukh, learned A.G.P. for the State. In view of change in the policy and since the applicant is yet to get any relief, we think that the relief can be sought only in accordance with the present policy and the statutory provisions.

That being so, we make the following order.

ORDER

(i) Misc.Civil Application No. 213/2011 for review is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the applicant to file fresh petition, if so advised and in the light of the subsequent events.
