DATE : 06/12/2022 Present application is filed by appellants for condonation of delay in filing revision application. The registration was refused by Registrar (Judicial) for non removal of office objections, on 29/09/2022.

For the reasons stated in paragraph Nos. 2 and 3, I am satisfied that delay is neither intentional nor deliberate. There is delay of 47 days.

The delay in filing revision application is hereby condoned, subject to costs of Rs.1000/- to be paid to High Court Bar Library within a period of one week. 3.
