When the matter was listed on 2.7.2015, it was noticed that though various directions were issued by this Court for filling up the vacancies, the directions are not complied with. In the various affidavits filed on behalf of the Respondent-State, it is stated that now the directions issued by this Court on 2.7.2015 are complied with and the various posts have been filled in and as such, nothing survives in the application. An apology is also tendered for delaying the affidavit.
