Civil Application (F) No.3544/2016:

As per the order passed by this Court on 20.04.2016 the name of appellant No.2 was permitted to be deleted at the risk of appellant No.1. Now, it is submitted that the name of appellant No.2 needs to be corrected as 'Upper Wardha Division, Wardha' and it should not be deleted. In view thereof, the application is allowed. The order dated 20.04.2016 is recalled and permission is granted to the appellant to delete the name of appellant No.1 and to correct the name of appellant No.2 by substituting word 'project' in place of word 'irrigation'. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of eight days from today.

The application is disposed of.
