According to the petitioner, the names of respondent nos.4 and 5 have been deleted from the voters list of Nadikuda Gram Panchayat. This is pursuant to the application dated 16.09.2022. Despite that, it is the grievance of the petitioner that their names figure in the final voters list. The petitioner has made a representation to that effect on 22.11.2022 before the Collector. The petitioner seeks expeditious consideration of that representation.

In the facts of the case and as the election programme is now declared, the respondent no.2 is directed to take decision on the petitioner's representation dated 22.11.2022 after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as respondent nos.4 and 5 as early as possible and in any case, by 03.12.2022.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. All questions raised in the petition are kept open. 4.
