This is an application for early hearing filed on behalf of the petitioner stating that he is already 55 years old and there are three years left for his superannuation.

Therefore, this Court finds that it would be in the interest of justice that this Writ Petition is heard early.

In view of the above, the application is allowed. The Writ Petition is directed to be listed for final hearing on 21st January, 2021.
