After hearing learned counsel Shri R.M.Daga for the applicant and after perusing case of the prosecution, when the Court expressed its opinion that the Court is rejecting the application, learned counsel Shri R.M.Daga for the applicant submitted on instruction from the applicant that he wishes to withdraw the present applicant.

The criminal application is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
