It is submitted by the learned counsel for the parties that the next date of the proceeding before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Nagpur is 10th January, 2023.

The petitioner can pursue his application dated 10.11.2022 seeking permission to deposit the outstanding dues claimed by the Bank before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagpur on that date. The Tribunal shall consider the petitioner's application dated 10.11.2022 on the said date in accordance with law. The petitioner is also free to pursue the application filed under Section 17(7) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 before the Tribunal on the said date. With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. All points raised in the writ petition are kept open for being urged before the Tribunal.
