By this petition, the petitioners challenge the order of the District Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Amravati dated 11.11.2014 appointing the Administrator on the Agriculture Produce Market Committee.

It is stated on behalf of the learned Assistant Government Pleader that the Administrator has taken charge and the elections to the Agriculture Produce Market Committee are declared.

In view of the statement made by the .....2/-

wp6083.14 learned Assistant Government Pleader, the grievance of the petitioners would not survive. The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with no order as to costs.
