DATE : 28/07/2022 The only grievance raised by Shri Zinjarde, learned counsel for the petitioner is that since the evidence has commenced before the learned Labour Court, it may be directed to decide the proceedings as expeditiously as possible. The request is not unreasonable. Therefore, without going into the merits of the matter, as nothing has been addressed upon it, only on the above count, the writ petition is dismissed, however, the learned Labour Court is requested the decide the proceedings as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
