This petition takes exception to the order dated 25.09.2024 passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Nagpur below Exhibit 1 in Civil Misc. Application No.606/2024.

Pursuant to the application filed by the respondent under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, by the order impugned, the learned Principal District Judge has transferred the suit filed by the present petitioner from the Court of 15th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Nagpur, to the Court of 7th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Nagpur as the part evidence was recorded by the said Court.
