02] The writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution with costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) to be deposited in the account of the Government Pleader, Bombay High Court, Nagpur Bench, for the purpose of development of library within four weeks from the date of the order, failing which, the Registry shall cause to initiate proceeding for recovery of the penalty so imposed by treating it as fine imposed by this Court.
