This is an application seeking permission to amend the application by bringing on record the challenge to the charge-sheet filed in Crime No.1114/2017 registered at Chandrapur Police Station, Chandrapur for the offence punishable under sections 498A r/ws. 34 of the IPC.

Admittedly, the application was for quashing of FIR. However during pendency of the Application, the investigation is complete and charge-sheet is filed.

Hence,Criminal Application is allowed. The amendment be carried out within two weeks. The applicant to provide a copy of the amended application to the respondents.

Put up beyond Diwali vacation, 2018.
