The Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (Court No. 13), Amravati, vide letter dated 14/01/2025, seeks an extension of time to dispose of R.C.C. No. 350/2023, R.C.C. No. 697/2023, and R.C.C. 752/2023.

As per the letter, this Court has directed the Chief Judicial Magistrate to dispose of the trial. However, during the pendency of the trial, various applications have been filed by the accused, and therefore, the matter cannot be disposed of. 26 witnesses are to be examined in R.C.C. No. 350/2023, and 16 witnesses in R.C.C. No. 752/2023. rkn

Considering the reasons mentioned and the report of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Amravati, the period of six months is extended.

Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate shall not seek further extension and shall dispose of the trial as per the direction of this court.
