: 07 DECEMBER, 2015 Heard learned Counsel for the rival parties, perused the first information report and also the statement of witnesses.

The applicants are seeking bail in Crime No.

85 of 2015 registered with police station, Kelwad, Distt.Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 307 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 4, 25 of the Arms Act and Section 135 of the Bombay Police Act. The applicants were arrested on 24/10/2015 and since then they are in jail. The main accused Sanket Sangode, who had assaulted the Police Officer by means of knife is still in jail. The allegations against the present applicants are that they had obstructed the concerned police officer, and therefore, offence under Section 353 of IPC has

0712ba873.15.odt 2/2 been alleged against them. It is informed that the investigation in the crime is almost over. I think, the further detention of the applicants is not necessary. Hence, I make the following order.

ORDER

Criminal application is allowed.

The applicants; (1) Sau. Padmabai w/o Haridas Sangode, and (2) Rajendra s/o Santoshrao Bagde be released on bail on each of them furnishing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one solvent surety each in the like amount.
