We are informed that after the Shalarth ID is allotted, the petitioner is paid regular salary.

As far as the issue of arrears of salary is concerned, we are informed that a proposal is pending with the State Government/Director of Education, Maharashtra State, Pune for approval. 4.

We direct the State Government/Director of Education, Maharashtra State, Pune to take decision on the said proposal within a period of six weeks from today.

The petition stands disposed of.
