The present application is for grant of bail. 2.

After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers it reveals that the victim is 14 years of age and she was subjected for sexual assault when she had been to the house of the applicant. Chemical analyzer report is yet to be received. Considering the investigation papers, at this stage, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty to file the application after C.A. report is received. Liberty is granted. 4.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
