This is an Application for condonation of delay in filing the application for restoration of Second Appeal No. 512/2015.

Heard the learned Counsel for both the sides. The learned AGP opposed to condone the delay.

I have perused the contents of the Application. On perusal of the same, I am satisfied that the delay is properly explained and sufficient ground is made out for condoning the delay.

In view thereof, the delay in filing the application for restoration of Second Appeal

The Application stands disposed of accordingly.

M.C.A. (ST) NO. 21696 OF 2017 Shri Joshi, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw M.C.A. (ST) No. 21696/2017 in respect of restoration of Second Appeal No. 512/2015 (decided). Permission is granted with liberty to take out appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
