Heard Ms. S.P. Chachondia, learned counsel for applicant No. 1 - Wife, Shri Mahesh Rai, learned counsel for the applicant Nos. 2 to 7 and Shri N.B. Jawade, learned APP for the non-applicant.

The applicant No. 1 and applicant No. 2 are present before this Court and are identified by their respective counsel.

The parties state that the dispute arising out of matrimonial dispute, which resulted in lodging of FIR under Section 498-A read with Section 34 of IPC, has been amicably settled and as mentioned in paragraph 4 of the application, proceedings under Section 13(b) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1956, are already instituted.

It is not in dispute that in those proceedings, the husband has deposited the amount of Rs. Five lakh payable to applicant No. 1 - wife as permanent alimony at the time of decree of divorce. The amount is deposited in the account of Family Court.
