O R D E R

(Dated : 08/02/2020) The appellant and respondents are present with their respective counsel.

The appellants have filed Terms of Compromise and Compromise Pursis, marked as "X" and "Y", respectively.

They mutually settled their claim in full and final settlement. The appellant shall be entitled to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,25,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Twenty Five Thousand only) out of amount of Rs.12,77,766/- (Rupees Twelve Lakhs Seventy Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Six only) deposited by appellant -Insurance Company. The respondent nos.1 to 4 shall be entitled to withdraw remaining amount of Rs.11,52,766/- (Rupees Eleven Thousand Fifty Two Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Six only) along with accrued interest thereon.
