In the present petition the challenge is raised to the order of the Hon'ble Minister dated 22/11/2022 staying the order dated 20/12/2022 by which the licence of the petitioner was restored back and the Deputy Director was directed to conduct inquiry. Accordingly, the he conducted inquiry and submitted report.

It is pertinent to note here that subsequently, the Hon'ble Minister has stayed his own order and the same is challenged in this writ petition and this Court granted stay to the order of the Hon'ble Minister. The effect of the same is that because of the stay of this Court the order which was in operation is implemented and in that view of the matter the impugned order in this writ petition has lost its efficacy and accordingly the present petition has become infructuous.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
