DATED : 13/01/2021 1.
By this application, applicant has sought to condone the delay of 217 days in filing the Appeal against the judgment and award dated 09.11.2017 passed in M.A.C.P. No. 360 of 2013.
2.
Learned Counsel for respondent no. 3 has opposed the application on the ground that the applicant has not made out sufficient cause to condone the delay. 3.
