The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the respondent No.22 was the appellant along with the petitioner Nos.1 to 11 before the Commissioner in a proceeding filed in respect of pay scale. Accordingly, the respondent No.22 is seeking to transpose her as petitioner Nos.12. The learned counsel for the petitioners have no objection for the same, accordingly, the application is allowed.
