In the light of the facts relating to the disputed question and the nature of the dispute, I think the trial should be expedited. Hence, the following order.: Criminal writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn. The trial Judge is directed to commence and decide the trial within a period of six months. Both the parties shall co-operate for expeditious disposal of the proceedings. Any attempt to adjourn the proceeding shall be met with the order of costs by the trial Court.
