DATED : 16 NOVEMBER 2021 This is an application for condonation of delay. Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant. He points out that there is a delay of 75 days in filing application for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent on record and to filing application for setting aside abatement.

Though the legal representatives are served, none appears on behalf of legal representatives.

41 sa 53-2018.odt After going through the application it is revealed that sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant for condonation of delay. Accordingly the application is allowed. The delay caused in filing application for bringing legal representatives on record and setting aside the abatement, is condoned. Application is accordingly disposed of.

Civil Application (CAS) No.328 of 2020 with Civil Application (CAS) No.329 of 2020 Heard Shri Shende learned Counsel for the applicant. None for the legal representatives of deceased respondent.

For the reasons stated in the applications, applications are allowed and accordingly applications are disposed of.
