DATED : JANUARY 17, 2023 The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 22/6/2019 that was passed by the Chairman, Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Arjuni Morgaon. By the said order, the respondent no.3 was given temporary charge of the post of Secretary. The respondent no.3 in paragraph 22 of his affidavit dated 7/6/2022 has stated that he is not working as In-charge Secretary from 17/8/2020 and the charge has been given to some other In-charge Secretary.

2) In view of aforesaid, the order dated 22/6/2019 now does not survive. In case the respondent no.2 takes any fresh decision of appointing Secretary and if the grievance of the petitioner still survives, he is free
