By this application, the applicant seeking for setting aside the order of the Registrar (Judicial) dated 06.09.2022 dismissing the appeal against respondent nos. 1 and 2.

It is stated that due to non-availability of correct address of respondent nos. 1 and 2, notices were not served on them. In the meantime, proceedings came to be dismissed for not taking steps in the matter.

The applicant, however, in paragraph 6 of the application, has given correct address of respondent nos. 1 and 2 and undertake to serve them by all mode of service. 5.
In view of this statement made by the applicant, the application is allowed.

Order of Registrar (Judicial) dated 06.09.2022 is hereby quash and set aside.
7.
Leave is granted to serve the respondent nos. 1 and 2 by all permissible modes in addition to regular mode of

Applicant to file affidavit of service on or before the next date.
9.
Accordingly, the applicant/appellant is permitted to amend the cause title of the appeal.
