The original petitioner prays that the order passed by this Court on 20th September 2019 be modified, clarifying that the petitioner has locus to file application under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

After going through the order dated 20th September 2019, we find that the order came to be passed after hearing the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. and the learned Advocate for the respondents. At this stage, it cannot be said that any ground for modification/clarification of the order dated 20th September 2019 is made out. If the petitioner feels that alternate remedy as per Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure would not be available to him, the petitioner can avail appropriate remedies according to law.
