The present application has been filed by the legal representatives of Cross Objector No. 4(b) to get them on record as his legal representatives.

2] The learned Counsel for the legal representatives submits that they have been brought on record in the appeal.

3] In view of above, though the learned Counsel for respondent nos. 1(a) to 1(f) has raised objection, the application is allowed as prayed for. The legal representatives of Cross Objector No. 4(b) be brought on record within five working days and the amended copy be served upon the other side.
