The Petitioner is appointed as Assistant Teacher at the Respondent No.3 - School which is run by the Respondent No.1 - Management.

The Petitioner's grievance is that the Petitioner has not been granted increments between the period of 1 July 2011 to 1 July 2019 with arrears and that the Respondent No.1 - Management is not complying with the order passed by the Respondent No.4 - Project Officer, Pusad. nd.thawre

The Respondent No.4 - Project Officer has issued certain directions to the Respondent No.1 - Management on 5 July 2016 in respect of the pay fixation of the Petitioner and has called for certain queries after examining the record. Nothing is placed on record as to what further steps have been taken by the Respondent No.4- Project Officer. Though the Petition is filed in the year 2019, reply also has not been filed on behalf of the Respondent No.4 - Project Officer. 5.

Once the Respondent No.4 - Project Officer has already looked into the grievance of the Petitioner and has called for information from the Respondent No.1 - Management, the Respondent No.4 should take the matter further to it's logical end. Since the Respondent No.4 is already seized of the matter, it is not necessary for us to enter into the interse dispute.

We direct the Respondent No.4 - Project Officer to ascertain the position pursuant to the communication dated 5 July 2016 and after examining the record and as per law, issue necessary direction within a period of eight weeks from today. The result be communicated to the Petitioner and the Respondent No.1 - Management. 7.
