This is an application for granting stay to the execution of judgment and award of the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Yavatmal.

Heard learned advocates for both sides.

Perused the application.

He submits that statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- is deposited. He further submits that remaining amount as per the award can be deposited within four weeks.

Considering his submission, the application deserves to be allowed. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) subject to condition that, remaining amount will be deposited as per the award.

It is clarified that, if the said amount is not deposited within four weeks, the application shall be deemed to be rejected without further order.
