A prayer made in this petition is regarding grant of interest at a perticular rate on the arrears for a particular period and on the difference of amount of 7th pay scale in GPF. Be that as it may, the petitioner has already made a representation dated 01/8/2024 to the concerned authorities. Since representation is not answered, we direct respondent authorities to decide the representation dated 01/08/2024 in accordance with law, within a period of ten weeks from receipt of this order.
