Heard learned counsel for rival parties.
Though the earlier antecedents of the petitioner relating to the year 2006 and 2008 denote that he surrendered late by a few days, the last record made by him in not surrendering at all but being arrested and brought by police to serve the remaining sentence itself disentitles him for the present relief. That being so, we make the following order.
ORDER
(i) Criminal Writ Petition No. 956/2014 is rejected with liberty to the petitioner to apply for said
2 wp956.14 relief in future in accordance with law.
(ii) Fees of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is quantified at Rs. 1,500/-. Judge Judge wasnik
