This is an application for condonation of delay in filing an appeal challenging judgment and award dated 1.10.2016 passed by learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Yavatmal in MACP No.31/2015. The claim petition filed by applicants was partly decreed. Delay is of 255 days.

After hearing learned counsel for contesting parties and after having gone through contents of the application, which are on affidavit and which are not disputed by the Insurance Company by filing reply, I am of view that applicants have made out a case for condonation of delay inasmuch they have satisfactorily explained the delay.
