For non-compliance of office objection, criminal application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was came to be dismissed on 24.12.2021 as per directions of this Court contained in order dated 10.12.2021. The Applicants are before us seeking for condonation of delay and restoration of the original criminal application. It is submitted that there are deaths in the family as two of the Applicants have died and due to pandemic situation, the Applicants were not in position to take expeditious steps.

For the reasons stated above, delay stands condoned. Original Criminal Application (APL) No.1079 of 2021, is restored on condition to remove all office objections and to deposit costs of Rs.1,000/- with the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur, within one week from today.
